Reset Password

To reset a forgotten password using the mobile app:

1. Click Sign In.                                                                          

2. Select Forgot Password.                                                           

3. Type in the email address associated with the account and select Send Reset Password Instructions.                                                                                 

4. Select Reset Password within the email.                 

5. A new page will open in your internet browser. Enter a new password and confirm the new password. Then, click Change my password. You can now log in to the mobile app using your new password.
